A Glimpse of Cuba: March, 2004

The Plowshares delegation reflects a consensus in its celebration of the social values of literacy, education, and health nurtured by the Cuban revolution.  Our team, in my judgment, was equally concerned for Cuba’s vulnerability, lack of economic well being, and for Cuba’s lack of freedoms.  Plowshares will continue to join with our church and educational partners throughout the United States and Cuba to keep the bridge between our nations open and active.
